A recently debuted small batch production kitchen knife from Danny Yard from RIP Knives. His knives are the perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality. The micarta handle provides a strong grip, ensuring that no matter what conditions are thrown at you while cooking, you never have to worry about the losing the knife from your hands. Pair that with its razor sharp edge, and you have yourself a cooking experience that will leave you always wanting more. The custom false edge reduces the contact points with food and the weight of the knife blade making for a smoother cutting action. Because the false edge is hand ground by Danny himself, it adds an even more personal personal touch. Danny also engraved an octopus on the knife to keep up with his nautical theme. Danny found that keeping up with the schedule of his custom kitchen knives left people unable to obtain them in a timely manner. So he then partnered with a high end production company in California to create a small batch production knife that captures all the essence of all his custom knives while making them more readily available. Danny still does all the final finishes on every knife, ensuring that each knife has a personal touch. He chose the name Endless Summer for his years of surfing and passion for beach life.
